Ruffy is one of my models and every time I'm holding my camera...this dog is always ready to pose. His very obedient when it's snapping photos time. Look at the smiles?
Some green vegetable with pork I cooked not long time ago. I can't remember the exact name of the green leafy leaves. It was delicious and even the kids likes it. I wish I add a bit more soy sauce in it though and a drop of sesame oil too.
I am no good on taking photos of the sky. I was with Zack waiting for school bus one morning and was amazed of the clouds formation. It was still very early and the sun is setting up. It looks like a waves...gorgeous clouds.
Gardenia flowers are one of my favorite flowers. I have bushes planted in front of the yard. It's now blooming and the fragrant is amazing sweet. My mother-in-law is crazy about it but unfortunately she can grow them in her place. I need to spray some bug spray soon and hoping all orangey tiny bugs will die. I am not sure exactly what's the name of the insects/bugs ...I better do some research online.
My very first Spanish roll bread. I did not turns out the way I'm expecting it. It was neither good or bad. It still edible though but Ruff enjoyed it more. I am still perfecting the recipe and maybe next time I will be very extra careful. And maybe, a sweetened coconut flakes for filling will be good "mmmm"...I'm trying not to bake pan de coco instead. Will see and try it next time.
The Silver Maple tree trunk . Joe cut it off because it died from some root fungus. I was snapping photos outside and had extra space for this one. I found it neat and amazing.
Some of the flowers you will find in my garden. I love to plant flowers and roses are one of my favorites and I wish them blooming all year round. I have perennials and annuals flowers planted. The purple flower is vine climbing on my roses. I have no idea the name of it but I like them too. Any idea what it is?
I am the only one who eat shrimps in this house and I am loving it. Joe will eat some though as long its peeled and cook right "arte" hahhahah...I can eat them anytime but I preferred it saute` with lots of garlic and bit spicy "yumyum". Shrimp anyone?
Green tea cake is one of our favorites. I never bake one yet but will try one of this days. I can only but them at the International market (an hour drive). It's delicious and Joe is crazy about it. I bought couple of boxes the last time I went to the market because it was for sale "who knows why".
