My other version of fried rice. My goodness rice price is still very high and I am trying not to waste even a morsel. I always use my left over rice “aka bahaw” into congee or friend rice. I used frozen vegetable stir-fry and scramble friend eggs on this fried rice (photo above). I have no particular name of this dish but fried rice. It was delicious and I could eat it again and again.
