Gardenia

Gardenia flowers are one of my favorite flowers. I have bushes planted in front of the yard. It's now blooming and the fragrant is amazing sweet. My mother-in-law is crazy about it but unfortunately she can grow them in her place. I need to spray some bug spray soon and hoping all orangey tiny bugs will die. I am not sure exactly what's the name of the insects/bugs ...I better do some research online.

Rose and Some Vines

Some of the flowers you will find in my garden. I love to plant flowers and roses are one of my favorites and I wish them blooming all year round. I have perennials and annuals flowers planted. The purple flower is vine climbing on my roses. I have no idea the name of it but I like them too. Any idea what it is?

DogWood Tree

My dogwood tree is flowering like crazy but unfortunately the blooms don’t stay that long. But hey! I enjoyed it for couple of weeks. We used to drive around the neighborhood just to see all the flowering dogwood trees and azaleas. Love the pink flowers than the white…we have tulip and magnolia trees around here and their blooms are huge and have a sweet smell to it.

The lower photo is really pretty flowers and their knee high. Dylan, always had fun picking up flowers for me every time were outside playing. Anyone have any idea what flowers are I have?

Dandelion

Our yard is covered with dandelion and who knows where it’s coming from. Joe is keep teasing me about the last lawn care people we hired last year that probably left us some weeds, so they can come back again for another job. Gosh! I like dandelion flowers but they make my allergy worse.

According to Wikipedia: Dandelions are native to Africa, Asia and Europe, and have been widely introduced elsewhere. It’s a tap rooted biennial or perennial herbaceous plants, native to temperate areas of the Northern hemisphere of the Old World.

Azalea

Azalea flowers beside the house are now blooming very proud.

Azaleas are flowering shrubs making up part of the genus Rhododendron. Originally azaleas were classed as a different genus of plant, but now they are recognised as two of the eight sub-genera of rhododendrons - subgenus Pentanthera (deciduous), and subgenus Titsushi (evergreen).
